Our 2014 Pinot Noir Rosé comes from our 40-year-old Rancho Viñedo Estate Pinot Noir vines. This Rosé was created by extracting the juice by whole-cluster pressing it into stainless steel tanks and fermenting at very cold temperatures. There is no extended skin contact and it does not undergo malolactic fermenatation. It's fresh, with abundant fruit character and bright acidity. It fits the classic Rosé mold!
